Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union you may change your mind, without giving a reason, within 14 days. This page says how, for each of the two things the game sells. The seller is Tiro Entertainment, Craiova; write to us at contact@taghunt.site.

Sticker orders

• Before it is sent you can cancel an order in the app: Profile > Order stickers > Your orders > Cancel order. A card payment is refunded at once.
• After you receive it you have 14 days to withdraw. In the app: Your orders > Return for a refund. Or tell us in any clear way, for example with the form below.
• Send the stickers back within 14 days of telling us, to Craiova, Strada Spania 42. The cost of sending them back is yours.
• We refund everything you paid for the order, standard delivery included, within 14 days of your withdrawal and the same way you paid; we may wait until the stickers have come back or you have shown that you sent them.
• You answer for any loss in value from handling the stickers beyond what is needed to see what they are. A sticker that already holds a treasure has been used and cannot be returned.

The subscription

• You have 14 days from the day the subscription starts to withdraw. In the app: Profile > Settings > Subscription > Withdraw. Or tell us in any clear way.
• When you subscribe you ask for it to start at once. If you then withdraw, you pay for the days until your withdrawal, in proportion to the month, and are refunded the rest to your card.
• After the 14 days you can still cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the month paid for.

If something is wrong with what you bought

Withdrawal is separate from your legal guarantee: goods that are faulty or not as described are repaired, replaced or refunded as the law provides. Write to us.
