Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Tiro Entertainment, Craiova (“we”) for using Tag Hunt. By creating an account you accept them.

Playing

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
• Play fair: no fake locations, copied stickers, modified apps or sharing of sticker codes. We may remove gold earned by cheating and suspend accounts that cheat.
• Keep names, clues and comments friendly. We may remove content that is offensive, gives away a hiding place, or breaks the law, and suspend accounts that keep posting it.

Your safety is yours to look after

The game sends you to real places. You decide where you go and you are responsible for your own safety and for obeying the law: never trespass, climb, or step into traffic for a treasure, and watch where you walk. Treasures are hidden by other players; we do not inspect every hiding place. Report a treasure that is on private property or somewhere dangerous, and do not go after it.

Hiding treasures

Hide stickers only in public places where you are allowed to put one, safe to reach on foot, never on private property, monuments, graves, schools or playgrounds. You are responsible for the stickers you place. We may take any treasure off the map.

Gold, ranks and coupons

Gold, ranks, achievements and badge effects exist only inside the game. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. A coupon for free stickers is bought with gold, is personal and can be used once.

Free play and subscriptions

Every day you can start one adventure for free: a treasure hunt or a place to explore. A subscription removes that limit for as long as it runs. Where subscriptions are on sale, the price is shown before you pay. It is charged to your card every month through Stripe until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Settings in the app; the subscription then runs to the end of the month already paid for. Deleting your account cancels it. For 14 days from its start you may also withdraw from it and be refunded for the days not used: see the Right of withdrawal page.

Ordering stickers

• Prices are shown in the app before you order and include any taxes due. Shipping is shown separately.
• You pay by card through Stripe when you order or, where card payment is not offered, to the courier when the parcel is delivered. An order cancelled before it is sent is refunded in full.
• We send orders as soon as we can and tell you by email when they leave.
• If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason: from Your orders in the app, or by writing to contact@taghunt.site. You send the unused stickers back at your own cost and we refund everything you paid, delivery included. Stickers that already hold a treasure cannot be returned. • You get an invoice for every card payment, by email from Stripe and under Your orders in the app.
• If stickers arrive damaged or do not work, write to us and we will replace them.

The service

We try to keep the game running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from playing the game, other than those caused by our own intent or gross negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
